Helen is Host of MomTalk and the Senior Producer of CanadianParents.com.  With two school aged kids with special needs, a home based job and a love for community charity work - life is busy.  Helen’s solution: tackle the day 15 minutes at a time and keep looking ahead.


Cara is Co-Host of MomTalk and the Community Leader of CanadianParents.com. She's the Mom of four, one tween, two preschoolers, and a newborn.  There's never a dull moment surrounding her and she thrives on chaos!  Her motto: "There's always tomorrow for housework, since kids don't stay little forever!"


Founder and Editorial Director of CanadianParents.com, Tracy is a wife and mom to three lively teenagers. A natural born talker and listener, she still battles with the sound of her voice when listening to these podcasts. Do I really sound like that?
